Zoom Event Attendee Registration Link:

Why was the date changed?

  • Michelle Zauner and Japanese Breakfast were asked to perform on Saturday Night Live, Saturday, May 21 and let us know that she was unable to honor her May 18 date with ILP. After working with the booking agents, we were able to find a mutually agreed upon date to present the event as contracted, which we preferred over canceling.

What is the new date?

  • The new date is June 30 and the registration link is the same.

Will patrons who already registered be notified?

  • On Monday morning, May 16, the registration info in Zoom was updated, which moved over all existing registration to the new date. We additionally sent all registrants a message through Zoom about the date change with a note that the event will be recorded and they will receive the link following the event.

This means everybody registered at the time of the date change received TWO emails from Zoom/ILP on Monday, May 16.

There are 1,243 registered at the time of the date change

Can we continue to register for the new date?

  • Yes! Please do. With the new date, we have an additional month to sign up more patrons.

Will Jessica Hopper still be facilitating?

  • Yes! Jessica Hopper was able to accommodate the event date change and will still be moderator for the event.

Will this program be recorded?

  • Yes, with permission from Michelle Zauner to post for a limited time (14 days)

Where will the recording be posted?

  • On the Illinois Libraries Present YouTube page. The link will be shared with all registrants via Zoom (both those who register and attend and those who register and are unable to attend)

When will the recording be posted?

  • 1-2 days after the program (pending actual post-production time); it will remain up 14 days from post date

Will the event be captioned?

  • The event will be live captioned.

What if someone needs accommodations?

  • Registrants who would like to request an accommodation may do so when they register for the program or by emailing

  • Accommodations may include CART (live) Captioning, American Sign Language Interpretation, etc.

  • Program and event production committees will be monitoring the event registrations as they come in to see if accommodations are requested and to arrange them as necessary.
